  • Each of our subscription packages includes a set number of hours per month dedicated to services such as administrative support, executive services, marketing and design, and specialized research. The higher the tier of the subscription, the more services and hours are included.

  • When you commit to an annual subscription, you receive a 10% discount on your monthly rate. For example, our Basic Package is normally $300 per month, but with the annual discount, it's only $270 per month. The total annual payment reflects this reduced rate multiplied by 12 months.

  • Yes, you can adjust your subscription plan based on your evolving business needs. Upgrades or downgrades to your plan can be made at the end of your current billing cycle. Please contact us at team@variancevirtual.com to make changes.

  • Currently, we do not charge a setup fee for any of our subscription packages. You can start using our services right away without any additional upfront costs.

  • No long-term contracts are required. You can choose a month-to-month subscription or opt for an annual subscription to take advantage of our discount. Our annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
